New Admission Code and Its Implications - December 8th 2011
In November this year, the government introduced a new Admission Code.
A key change within this code is that parents must receive their results of selective tests before submitting their secondary schools admissions preference form at the end of October of the year when their child is in Year 6.
This change to national policy will apply to children starting in Grammar Schools in September 2013 (ie. Pupils who are currently in Year 5 at Primary School during the 2011/2012 school year).
